Support the evolution of the company’s lead-management and customer-process ecosystem, working on process optimization and lead analysis. Collaborate with IT teams on technical implementation, translate findings into business requirements, and help coordinate with international stakeholders. Create reports and analyses using Excel (Power Query) and reporting tools, and work closely with the project team and stakeholders to improve the overall lead process.
