Key Responsibilities

  • •Support daily operations of OT security technologies, prioritizing OT asset visibility, detection platform maintenance, and data quality.
  • •Execute Run & Maintain (R&M) activities including device classification, asset reconciliation, exception handling, and rule tuning.
  • •Maintain high-quality OT asset inventory and monitor OT security alerts to identify anomalies and support investigation/escalation.
  • •Assist with onboarding new sites by validating OT asset inventory and supporting enforcement or audit readiness activities.
  • •Partner with OT Administrators, Network Engineering, and Security Engineering teams; support operational metrics reviews (MORs/PSRs) and improvements to configurations and standard work procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •1–3 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT operations, or a related technical discipline.
  • •Foundational networking knowledge including IP addressing, subnets, routing, and switching fundamentals.
  • •Understanding of VLANs and network segmentation (IT vs OT separation).
  • •Firewall rules and how traffic flows between systems.
