Key Responsibilities

  • •Verify supporting documentation and enter, update, and maintain title information in internal systems with high accuracy.
  • •Process, sort, and distribute incoming mail, and prepare titles and documents for scanning.
  • •File and maintain documents in a secured vault repository and audit title inventory accuracy.
  • •Prepare outgoing title shipments, print waybills, and coordinate release and shipment of vehicle titles to clients.
