Job Summary

Lead and coach a branch team to deliver client service, execute the Branch Playbook, and drive branch goals. Build small-business relationships through community outreach and acquisition tactics, while retaining and expanding existing clients. Manage staffing, schedules, recruiting, onboarding, and performance management. Ensure compliance with operational, regulatory, security, and internal control requirements, and complete branch operational tasks. Work Saturdays as directed and support partnerships across teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop the branch team, coaching performance and ensuring understanding of products, sales/service process, and the competitive landscape.
•Drive growth through retention, expansion, and acquisition tactics, leading the sales team to meet activity, behavior, and outcome expectations.
•Engage in outside calling and community networking to build Centers of Influence and generate small-business client referrals.
•Manage staffing and scheduling for direct reports, including recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training, and deploy team members to other branches as needed.
•Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and internal controls, completing branch operational tasks and working Saturdays as directed.

Salary: USD 69,000 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of sales experience with the demonstrated ability to lead and coach a successful sales team.
•3+ years of demonstrated small-business deposit/credit experience and familiarity with small business operations.
•General understanding of financial statements and concepts.
•Demonstrated understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
•Demonstrated ability to leverage Centers of Influence (COIs) and effectively communicate with strong public speaking skills.
