Key Responsibilities

•Deliver quality, personalized customer service including greeting/closing, telephone etiquette, error resolutions, and written communications.
•Process checking and savings deposits and withdrawals by following policies and procedures for endorsements, item negotiability, ID validity, and fund availability.
•Process payments and orders such as loan payments, real estate tax payments, money orders, and cashier’s checks.
•Count, prove, and package currency; balance the cash drawer and research teller differences within the specified timeframe.
•Support branch sales referral goals, complete assigned training, and float to other branches/dynamic schedules as needed during branch hours.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16.84 - 20.65 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma (or equivalent).
•Six months of related experience (cash handling, customer service, office, etc.).
•Must work onsite to perform responsibilities of this position.
•Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
•Proficient cash handling and transaction accuracy with attention to detail.
