Supervisor DC Operations

Lead day-to-day operations for a distribution center by managing a functional area to hit productivity, quality, and safety targets. Train, manage, and develop DC associates, maintain expertise in WCS/WMS, and use SAP, Excel, and WMS reporting to collect, analyze, and communicate operational metrics. Ensure OSHA compliance, drive continuous improvement (including Lean Six Sigma activities), and partner with distribution and transportation leadership.
