Research Scientist 5, Marketplace - Ads DSE

Design and implement machine learning and optimization algorithms to improve ad quality and performance across Netflix’s ad-supported marketplace. Build, train, and evaluate models using large-scale production data, and develop online/offline evaluation frameworks to measure impact. Partner with product to set optimization objectives and constraints, and communicate trade-offs and experiment results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
