Personal Banker Associate II - Mid South Region - (Evergreen Park)

Train to become a Retail Personal Banker II through a 4–8 week onboarding program with rotations in Operations and Sales & Service, followed by certification. Build customer profiles using consultative sales and Financial Needs Assessment, promote deposits, loans, and fee-based services, and cross-sell to both existing customers and new prospects through outreach, appointments, and outside sales. Meet production goals, support referrals with business partners, and follow risk and ethical policies while owning customer issues.
