Key Responsibilities

  • •Define, measure, and optimize unit economics by partnering with Actuarial, Growth, and Ops teams to understand unit economics and cost drivers, then track multi-year cohort and plan-level views to optimize growth levers.
  • •Lead planning and forecasting by partnering with leadership, actuarial, and operations to develop annual plans and quarterly forecasts.
  • •Drive the business rhythm by reviewing core reporting, ensuring alignment with the budget, and applying ROI scrutiny to all operational activities; translate insights into action.
  • •Evaluate strategic projects by assessing the value of high-stakes programs and tracking initiatives post-capital allocation to deliver projected value.
  • •Own the MA financial model and reporting cadence in the first 90 days, establishing financial clarity for leadership and defining performance metrics.
