Key Responsibilities

  • •Systematically develop, monitor, and continuously improve an IEA asset maintenance strategy (PdM, PM, failure-finding, and corrective maintenance) to ensure assets function as required.
  • •Ensure sufficient spare parts to manage asset unavailability risk.
  • •Lead or participate in incident investigations and root cause analyses (RCA).
  • •Use data analysis to develop engineering solutions to repetitive failures affecting process safety, personnel safety, environmental, regulatory, operational, and quality performance.
  • •Provide technical support during front-end engineering and design (FEED) and execution phases of capital projects so newly installed/modified assets realize value throughout their life cycle.

Key Requirements

  • •BS in Electrical or Nuclear Engineering with at least 5 years relevant experience maintaining and improving IEA asset performance in refining, petrochemical, chemical processing, power generation, or nuclear industries.
  • •Ability to communicate complex issues effectively across the organization, with leadership skills for mentoring and consensus building.
  • •Understanding of business drivers, management of change requirements, reliability processes, and maintenance workflow.
  • •Basic proficiency with industry codes/standards (IEEE, ISA, NFPA, NEC, NETA) and instrumentation/measurement technology.
  • •Basic proficiency with PLC programming and maintenance, analyzers and sample systems, diagnostics/troubleshooting, reliability engineering concepts, and reliability data analysis, plus project management process (PMP) and software (SAP, AMS, CONVAL, ExSILentia, Power BI).
