Evaluation and Benefits Management Technical Specialist (Associate/Technical Director - Transport Planning)

Lead the technical delivery of evaluation and benefits management projects in the Transport Planning team, providing strategic leadership, oversight of complex deliverables, and guidance on evaluation methodologies (including the Magenta Book). Engage with public and private sector clients and infrastructure operators to provide robust, proportionate solutions, support bid and proposal development, and help grow and mentor the evaluation team across the UK.
