Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience working in evaluation and benefits management.

  • •Chartered status or membership in relevant professional bodies (e.g., CIHT, TPS, UK Evaluation Society).
  • •Practical experience applying mixed methods, including theory-based and experimental/quasi-experimental evaluation design for transport-related programmes.
  • •Proven track record designing and implementing Benefits Management, with strong analytical competencies and leadership capability.
