Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise the client on strategies and support vendor prequalification, proposal/bid assessment, bid interviews, and recommendations.
  • •Develop and review project estimates across construction, fees, direct work, and other costs; present estimates, value engineering recommendations, and risk assessments.
  • •Establish and manage cost reporting and forecasting, including reviewing budget/spend forecasts and maintaining a commercial risk register.
  • •Manage cost control through payment assessments, contractor entitlements recommendations, change order review, and dispute prevention/management/resolution.
  • •Oversee invoicing and support final accounting, post-contract audits, and post-contract reviews to create lesson-learned documentation and training materials.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 135,000

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Minimum 3–5 years of relevant cost management experience in the construction industry.
  • •RICS accredited or working towards RICS.
  • •Experience supporting cost management on medium or large construction projects.
  • •Good knowledge of construction procurement routes and value management/value engineering, with strong communication skills.
