Key Responsibilities

  • •Originate new Direct Lending investment opportunities across Europe.
  • •Manage transaction screening and due diligence, including reviewing information memoranda, third-party reports and financial modelling priorities.
  • •Prepare high-quality Investment Committee papers and present opportunities for approval.
  • •Maintain borrower and sponsor relationships through execution and ongoing portfolio management.
  • •Oversee portfolio monitoring using key performance indicators and financial performance, and support fundraising activity.

Key Requirements

  • •Substantial experience in private credit and/or leveraged finance, with a strong focus on underwriting credit risk and capital allocation.
  • •Proven deal sourcing capability with an established network across European financial sponsors and advisers.
  • •Strong credit judgement to filter opportunities and maximize risk-adjusted returns.
  • •Strong analytical capability working with financial models and investment appraisal fundamentals.
  • •Fluency in English and German (preferably).
