Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate complex workflows and user needs into intuitive design solutions, validating decisions with research, data, and customer insights.
  • •Partner with Business, Product, and Engineering from problem definition through launch, communicating design rationale and iterating based on feedback and research.
  • •Use AI-driven design and development workflows to generate prototypes and production-ready outputs with tools such as Cursor and Claude.
  • •Contribute code-adjacent artifacts and prototypes alongside Engineering to accelerate development and improve speed and quality.
  • •Found and scale Xometry’s India Product Development Center by establishing strong product design practices and data practices and fostering cross-region collaboration.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of product design experience working on digital products.
  • •A strong portfolio covering thoughtful UX, interaction design, and visual design.
  • •Hands-on experience using AI tools in design, research, or development workflows, including moving from design artifacts to functional prototypes or code.
  • •Solid skills in one or more AI design tools (e.g., Figma, Bolt, UX Pilot, Pencil, modern design systems) and development/workflow environments (e.g., Make, Cursor, Claude, GitHub).
  • •Examples in your portfolio of AI-assisted workflows (e.g., AI-generated prototypes, prompt-driven design systems, AI-supported research synthesis) and experience with complex workflows, marketplaces, or B2B products.
