Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and lead experimentation programs including A/B tests, multi-armed bandits, and causal inference studies that map to product and go-to-market decisions
  • •Develop and deploy predictive models for forecasting, segmentation, propensity scoring, and opportunity sizing across core business lines
  • •Build and mentor a team of analysts and data scientists, setting technical standards and fostering an environment for strong performers
  • •Define analytical priorities, allocate resources, and push initiatives from question to production
  • •Partner across product, research, sales, and finance to shape strategy and ensure data-driven product and business decisions

Key Requirements

  • •Strong command of SQL, Python, and Git; deep expertise in statistical inference, experimental design, and predictive modeling
  • •Ability to turn ambiguous business questions into rigorous analytical problems with clear, actionable recommendations
  • •Experience leading analytics or data science teams with a track record of improving performance
  • •Familiarity with modern data stack tools such as BigQuery, dbt, Looker, or Airflow (nice to have)
