Key Responsibilities

•Productize the On-Prem Lifecycle: Define the Day 0 through Day 2 experience for DGX SuperPODs and lead development of products for provisioning, network fabric config, and automated firmware rollouts.
•Build the Pit Crew (Observability): Develop telemetry and diagnostic suite to identify issues (thermal throttle, degraded InfiniBand rail, cabling faults) with single-click resolution.
•Bridge Hardware to Kubernetes: Lead integration of DGX systems into cloud-native ecosystem with MIG, multi-node scaling, and declarative scheduling.
•Standardize at Scale: Create APIs and services to eliminate management snowflakes and ensure standardized, repeatable, resilient deployments.
•Drive Predictive Operations: Define features for automated health checks to keep fleet at peak performance with minimal manual intervention.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 208,000 - 379,500 annually

•Enterprise data center experience with 12+ years in product management, focused on on-premises infrastructure, private cloud, or large-scale systems management.
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
•Platform-first mindset: ability to turn complex hardware operations into software-defined workflows where product = hardware + software + operations.
•Cloud-native understanding with Kubernetes operators and container orchestration, translating physical hardware constraints into declarative code.
•Experience managing large Linux fleets in restricted environments and understanding data center networking/storage/firmware-to-OS Handshake.
