•Define and drive the technical strategy and architecture aligned to business goals while accelerating innovation.
•Architect, design, and code scalable, reliable, and secure distributed systems and platforms.
•Lead adoption of Generative AI and Agentic AI to improve developer productivity and support product innovation.
•Establish best practices for software development, including CI/CD automation and DevOps, across the SSDLC.
•Provide GenAI technology leadership, mentor teams, and collaborate with security, privacy, governance, and business partners to deliver compliant solutions.

Key Requirements

•12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 10+ years with an advanced degree, or 5+ years with a PhD).
•15+ years in software engineering, with strong experience architecting large-scale distributed systems.
•Proficiency in Java, Python, or GoLang and frameworks such as Spring, Node.js, and React.
•Experience with RESTful and gRPC APIs, microservices, event-driven systems, and strong inference systems skills.
•Hands-on cloud and DevOps experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, including CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
