Guest Service Agent

Join the Oaks Lake Crackenback Resort team as a Guest Service Agent, welcoming guests and supporting them from smooth check-ins to departure. You’ll handle reservation and guest enquiries by phone and email, manage room inventory and availability, process booking amendments, and keep accurate reservation records. Working with front office operations, you’ll resolve booking issues quickly and share local attractions and dining recommendations to deliver standout guest experiences.
