National Account Manager, Farm & Hardware

Own and grow sales for the Farm & Hardware portfolio for assigned national accounts, developing business plans that expand assortment, plan promotions, co-develop merchandising, and build ecommerce strategy. Manage account P&L performance (top line sales, margin, warranty, and controllable expenses), lead key meetings, drive POS and shipments, and handle co-op/VR negotiations. Forecast, analyze results, and partner with channel and U.S. sales teams to execute the business plan.
