Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with commercial teams to gather a 12-month rolling forecast and input it into JDA.
  • •Coordinate with US affiliate factories or sourcing to ensure production is available on time based on the forecast.
  • •Lead daily and weekly supply planning to monitor supply plans, escalate supply risks, and develop mitigation plans.
  • •Work with commercial teams to understand sales targets and ensure customers pickup as forecasted.
  • •Provide data support for IBP and support project execution and other assigned tasks.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in supply planning and S&OP experience.
  • •Strong data analysis capability with business insight, duty, and customer awareness.
  • •Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with excellent teamwork.
  • •Fluent oral and written English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • •Able to work under pressure.
