Job Summary

Own the daily and weekly supply planning process for the Asia Outdoor business, using 12-month rolling forecasts to support NEA/SEA/CN demand. Coordinate with commercial teams to feed forecasts into JDA, work with US affiliate factories and sourcing on production timing, and escalate supply risks with mitigation plans. Partner with Product Management to monitor portfolio status and provide data support for IBP to ensure customer pickup aligns to forecasts.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with commercial teams to gather 12-month rolling forecasts and input them into JDA.
•Coordinate with US affiliate factories and/or sourcing teams to ensure timely production supply based on forecast.
•Lead daily and weekly supply planning, monitor supply plans, escalate supply risks, and develop mitigation plans.
•Partner with commercial teams to understand sales targets and ensure customer pickup matches forecast.
•Provide data support for IBP and execute assigned projects, plus other tasks related to the function.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in supply planning with S&OP experience.
•Strong data analysis capability with business insight and customer awareness.
•Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with excellent teamwork.
•Fluent oral and written English with strong communication and presentation skills.
•Ability to work under pressure.
