Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, executing products including FX hedging, Supplier Payment Finance, payments, and cash management.
  • •Upsell and cross-sell Ebury’s product capabilities to ensure a best-in-class client proposition and increase wallet-share.
  • •Collaborate with a sales team to support business origination by understanding clients’ environments, strategies, and industries.
  • •Deliver KPIs such as repeat and new business revenues, reducing churn, and increasing upselling/cross-selling.
  • •Build and maintain strong client relationships through client meetings and confident, professional presentation of ideas and proposals.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong financial services experience in a sales or relationship management role, with an established network advantageous.
  • •Experience working in an FX institution and/or commercial bank, or selling financial instruments to SMEs and corporate clients.
  • •Solid understanding of relevant compliance requirements.
  • •Exceptional communication skills with the ability to win commitment and buy-in.
  • •Sophisticated analytical ability and risk management practices, plus a proven record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
