Operational Excellence Program Leader

Lead operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives within ZOLL’s Cardiac Management Solutions (CMS) Operations. Facilitate hands-on Kaizen, A3 problem solving, and Gemba Walks on the manufacturing floor, deploy Lean operating systems, and drive process improvements that enhance safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people engagement. Partner across production, engineering, advanced manufacturing, and data teams to build dashboards, standardize processes, mentor frontline leaders, and sustain improvements through training and governance.
