Operating Model Design Manager | Banking

Support delivery of a new Target Operating Model for a high-profile Third Party Risk Management transformation within a global bank. Working alongside the Design Lead, you’ll coordinate design activities across multiple workstreams, conduct process mapping, maintain programme documentation, and prepare workshops. You’ll help ensure design outputs stay aligned while partnering on a procurement- and transformation-focused programme.
