Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
  • •Evaluate customer homes and recommend/sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
  • •Train homeowners on how to use their new system to protect their families.
  • •Provide consultative guidance as a smart home expert, with support from coaching and leadership training.
  • •Conduct a safety analysis of every home to ensure a safe workplace for both the technician and customers.
