Lead Geologist, II

Oversee multiple exploration and resource development programs, ensuring alignment with growth strategy and business plans. Report to the Director of Resource Development while managing and coordinating drilling programs across multiple assets. Monitor performance, update programs based on new data and conditions, and apply technical standards for safe, productive operations that support resource estimation and development planning. Mentor junior geologists and collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders to deliver high-quality drilling data and actionable geological insights.
