Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead electrical engineering activities as a senior technical leader and subject matter expert on large, complex industrial and power generation projects.
  • •Plan, schedule, and monitor discipline work while managing budget, scope, and project deliverables.
  • •Review and approve design packages produced by junior engineers and perform technical reviews and quality checks.
  • •Interface directly with clients, vendors, and construction teams; lead design reviews, E-HAZOPs, and project meetings.
  • •Support proposal preparation and scope development, mentor and develop engineers, assist recruiting and interviewing, and contribute to business development initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS in Electrical Engineering plus 8 years of related experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • •Extensive experience with 34.5KV and 15KV medium voltage and low voltage power distribution systems and electrical system studies (load flow, short circuit, protective coordination, arc flash).
  • •Understanding of ETAP, SKM, Easypower (or equivalent) and experience with substation/switchgear design and motor control centers (MCCs), VFDs, and large motor applications.
  • •Knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, NESC, IEEE Standards and relevant industrial facility standards, plus industry experience in power generation or heavy industrial facilities.
