Job Summary

Support the Store Manager at a PUMA outlet in Locate Triulzi to drive sales and KPI performance through mid-to-long-term strategies, expense control, and strong customer service. Oversee in-store sales processing (including exchanges and returns), assist with hiring, training, and performance monitoring, and analyze customer and sales trends to guide the business. •Process sales, exchanges, and returns at the cash desk according to company discount directives.
•Assist the Store Manager with hiring, training, and growing team members through ongoing performance monitoring.
•Support the Store Manager in communicating, managing, and executing marketing initiatives and events within approved budgets.

•2-3 years of managerial experience in a retail environment focused on customer service (preferably apparel and footwear).

•Fluency in English and willingness to travel for short transfers within the national and European territory.
