Job Summary

Lead end-to-end procurement activities across assigned categories and projects, including sourcing, bid evaluation, PO management, and expediting. Manage buyer/expediter teams, oversee PR–PO workflow cycle times, coordinate with stakeholders on escalations, and track cost savings and SCM KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and supervise day-to-day procurement activities across assigned categories and projects, including sourcing, bid evaluation, PO management, and expediting.
•Enforce procurement governance compliance, ensuring activities meet DoA and regulatory requirements (including export control and ITAR/EAR/DGSM).
•Translate strategic category strategies into executable operational plans and ensure supplier frameworks and sourcing guidelines are implemented.
•Oversee the full PR–PO process, validating PR completeness and ensuring efficient cycle times and proper approvals.
•Manage contract compliance end-to-end and track/report cost savings and SCM performance KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Key Requirements

•8–12 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or operations, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
•Manage operational sourcing teams and oversee PR–PO lifecycles.
•Strong background in ERP-based procurement environments such as SAP or Oracle (or similar).
•Ensure compliance with export control and defense procurement governance frameworks (including DGSM, ITAR/EAR).
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; CIPS Level 5–6, CPSM, or CSCP are advantageous.
