Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, oversee, and continuously improve technology-enabled risk management and internal controls across SAP S/4 and financial boundary systems.
  • •Govern security and access controls, segregation of duties (SoD), and role design standards; design access provisioning workflows and conduct periodic access/SoD rule set reviews.
  • •Develop, maintain, and govern the Risk Control Matrix (RCM) and ensure controls are documented, tested, and embedded and updated as processes and technology evolve.
  • •Perform risk assessments (inherent/residual, system-enabled and SoD exposures), remediate SoD risks/rule sets, and collaborate with process owners to mitigate risks end-to-end.
  • •Serve as a trusted advisor to controllership, finance, IT/security, and compliance; support audits (walkthroughs, control testing, remediation) and facilitate executive stakeholder communication for go-live readiness sign-off.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Information Systems.
  • •12+ years of experience, preferably including internal/external audit and/or Big Four public accounting.
  • •Experience in internal controls, risk management, audit, or GRC with significant exposure to SAP environments.
  • •Deep understanding of S/4 security roles, authorizations, and segregation of duties (SoD).
  • •Proven experience developing and maintaining Risk Control Matrices (RCMs) for complex finance processes and systems. (SOX and internal control frameworks; GRC tool implementation; SAP GRC/Fiori security is also required.)
