Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee all phases of production—from initial concept development through on-site execution and post-event wrap-up, ensuring on-time delivery and high quality.
  • •Interpret creative briefs, site layouts, and project requirements to ensure feasibility and alignment with company goals.
  • •Validate site logistics and operational needs through planning sessions, venue scouting, and site visits.
  • •Coordinate cross-department collaboration across creative, operations, technical, and vendor teams.
  • •Lead internal design and planning reviews, ensuring concepts are achievable within budget and technical limits.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in the event production industry, with a proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
  • •Bilingual fluency in English and Turkish is required.
  • •Strong understanding of production logistics, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
  • •Experience negotiating and managing contracts and budgets.
  • •Excellent organizational and time-management skills; proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Gantt charts).
