Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute daily logistics operations for post-sales support, coordinating dispatch and managing carrier rates and real-time operational issues.
  • •Own APAC inventory management, including inbound exceptions and PI reports, and close exceptions quickly.
  • •Coordinate reverse logistics by resolving inbound/outbound discrepancies with 3PLs and couriers and prioritizing critical returns and high-priority RMAs.
  • •Track priority shipments end-to-end and proactively communicate risks to stakeholders.
  • •Support global trade compliance by retrieving compliance certificates and documents needed for shipment release and assisting with APAC compliance audits.

Key Requirements

  • •5 to 8 years of experience in warehousing, reverse logistics, transportation, or compliance.
  • •Strong supply chain understanding across planning, inventory, and logistics and how the role impacts organizational goals.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with NetSuite and Salesforce is a major plus.
  • •Ability to take initiative and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Must be based in Malaysia with legal work rights.
