  • •Partner with the Applied AI team to prototype and deploy scalable production solutions and run pilots/proofs-of-value.
  • •Advise customers on AI strategy, monitor business-outcome KPIs, and communicate progress to executive sponsors.
  • •Bridge customers and internal teams by synthesizing feedback to influence product/research roadmaps and identify expansion opportunities.
