Key Requirements

  • •Four-year or graduate degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline (or commensurate experience).
  • •Typically 4–7 years of work experience in quality assurance, reliability, or a related field (or an advanced degree with 3–5 years).
  • •Strong understanding of computer hardware and software architecture and full-cycle computer manufacturing processes.
  • •Proficiency with quality management tools and methodologies such as CAPA, 8D, and Six Sigma.
  • •Proven ability to influence and collaborate with external partners to achieve quality excellence.
