Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead sales associates to improve selling skills and close sales to achieve goals and KPIs.
  • •Drive sales for an assigned category by partnering with the Store Manager on sell-through and training the team on the category.
  • •Coach and provide feedback to ensure customers receive the full Burberry Experience in line with brand strategies.
  • •Manage customer flow and resolve difficult customer issues, escalating to management when necessary.
  • •Support store operations in the Store Manager’s absence, including post-void transactions and authorising promotional discounts and employee sales.

Key Requirements

  • •Supervise or manage retail sales teams with 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience in retail sales.
  • •Have advanced knowledge of POS systems.
  • •Handle complex customer service issues including dissatisfied customers, complaints, returns, repairs, and after-sales.
  • •Use fluent, professional dialogue with clients and staff.
  • •Be comfortable using digital tools, including previous experience with Apple mobile devices.
