Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct regular analytical audits of human moderation to ensure compliance with data protection and Trust & Safety standards, meeting defined audit targets.
  • •Perform deep-dive RCA on recurring quality issues and translate findings into actionable feedback for Operational Guidelines and Standards.
  • •Provide expert policy interpretation and validate benchmark “golden sets” to guide enforcement accuracy.
  • •Lead calibration sessions for moderation consistency and coordinate cross-functional alignment to meet global quality goals.
  • •Manage operational oversight and escalation for edge cases; drive policy cascading and support training rollouts, while producing weekly/monthly QA reporting using AI and QA tools.
