Supervise production department operations to meet cost, profit, and production goals across multiple shifts and departments. Lead and motivate employee groups, coach and counsel staff, and manage performance and employee reviews. Drive continuous improvement and safety initiatives, participate in safety committees, and ensure compliance with UFP policies and applicable law. Oversee department inventory, reporting, and records, while applying quality programs and safe hazardous-material and equipment handling procedures when assigned.
