Key Responsibilities

•Partner with AISF program leads and Strategy and Execution leadership to establish program charters, roadmaps, and governance frameworks across the portfolio.
•Facilitate alignment sessions, steering committees, and review cadences; drive decisions and resolve cross-functional dependencies.
•Track program health, milestones, blockers, and risks; escalate issues and surface coordination patterns to leadership.
•Coordinate workstreams across programs, resolving conflicts in resource allocation, sequencing, and stakeholder priorities.
•Maintain program documentation, dashboards, and decision logs; produce status updates, risk summaries, and executive briefings.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 172,667 annually

•Comfort with ambiguity and evolving priorities, with a track record of adapting in cross-functional environments.
•Proficiency with project management tools, documentation, and process infrastructure.
