Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with AISF program leads and Strategy and Execution leadership to establish program charters, roadmaps, and governance frameworks across the portfolio.
  • •Facilitate alignment sessions, steering committees, and review cadences; drive decisions and resolve cross-functional dependencies.
  • •Track program health, milestones, blockers, and risks; escalate issues and surface coordination patterns to leadership.
  • •Coordinate workstreams across programs, resolving conflicts in resource allocation, sequencing, and stakeholder priorities.
  • •Maintain program documentation, dashboards, and decision logs; produce status updates, risk summaries, and executive briefings.
