Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive the multi-year interoperability product roadmap through GA aligned to strategy and regulatory timelines.
  • •Translate healthcare interoperability standards and regulatory requirements (TEFCA, Da Vinci IGs, CMS prior auth, HTI-2) into prioritized product features and milestones.
  • •Lead structured customer discovery with IDNs, HIEs, payers, and life sciences organizations to validate direction and uncover unmet needs.
  • •Manage the product backlog using structured frameworks; author PRDs and acceptance criteria for engineering delivery.
  • •Act as the external technical voice of the product at enterprise customer engagements and HL7/HIMSS working groups, and track KPIs to refine the roadmap.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of technical product management in healthcare IT focused on interoperability and integration engines.
  • •Working-level expertise in healthcare interoperability standards including HL7 V2.x, FHIR R4, CDA/C-CDA, SMART on FHIR (OAuth 2.0), and X12 EDI.
  • •Experience translating healthcare data transformations (e.g., HL7 V2 to FHIR, CDA to FHIR).
