  • •Design, develop, configure, and maintain Radiant Logic RadiantOne FID solutions supporting DoW enterprise ICAM requirements.
  • •Customize Radiant Logic components (workflows, rules, connectors, aggregation logic, provisioning policies) to enable identity lifecycle and entitlement governance.
  • •Build integrations between authoritative identity sources, identity repositories/directories, and downstream applications for enterprise and edge environments.
  • •Support Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML) processes, access requests/approvals/certifications, role management, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and compliance monitoring.
  • •Troubleshoot complex issues across identity aggregation, provisioning, entitlement management, identity correlation, and identity data services; maintain technical documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience supporting Identity and Access Management (IAM), Identity Data Management, or ICAM solutions in government or regulated environments.
  • •Minimum active Secret security clearance, and an ability to obtain/maintain it.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree).
  • •8570/8140 IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE or higher).
  • •Strong experience with Radiant Logic/RadiantOne (or equivalent identity data management and virtual directory technologies) and integrations with Active Directory/LDAP and other authoritative sources.
