Lead end-to-end delivery for data center civil project management commissions in Mumbai, ensuring client objectives are met on time, cost, and quality. Establish project success criteria and governance, create detailed project plans, and manage change control and project finances. Facilitate cross-functional teams, communicate progress to clients and consultants, and support marketing/bid activities and knowledge management to improve internal systems.
