Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct a team to handle and/or process cargo, courier, and mail in line with safety, quality, and efficiency standards, including safety awareness briefings.
  • •Inspect, verify, and count goods at delivery/acceptance and breakdown/build-up points and update shipment details in Skychain for customer tracking.
  • •Liaise with government authorities (e.g., customs, health, police) to support timely cargo movement.
  • •Ensure dangerous goods handling complies with IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations and pharmaceutical shipments meet EU GDP requirements.
  • •Monitor ULD, AWB JNG, and QRT activities on airside, plan loading into ULDs, check equipment for defects, manage irregularities, and advise on deviations.

Key Requirements

  • •Have 10 years of schooling or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience in a cargo, warehouse environment.
  • •Demonstrable knowledge of aircraft handling, ramp handling, and cargo terminal handling procedures.
  • •Fluent written and spoken English.
  • •Knowledge of safety investigations and investigation reports as required by UAE GCAA and ICAO (preferred).
