Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and support a pod of credentialing/enrollments associates or senior associates, setting priorities, clarifying ownership, reviewing quality, and holding the team accountable for outcomes.
  • •Direct virtual-assistant capacity for the pod, including work allocation, training, quality assurance, and performance monitoring.
  • •Own complex credentialing programs end to end, including payer enrollments, workflows for credentialing Medical Doctors, Nurse Practitioners and Therapists, ongoing monitoring, and delegated credentialing operations.
  • •Build and maintain SOPs, operating cadences, quality controls, documentation standards, escalation paths, and audit-ready records.
  • •Use metrics to manage capacity and throughput, investigate ambiguous operational issues, and lead improvement plans to reduce execution risk and bottlenecks.

Key Requirements

  • •5–9 years of experience in payer enrollment, credentialing, provider operations, healthcare operations, or a closely related field for Registered Dietitians.
  • •Deep domain experience across payer enrollment, provider onboarding, ongoing monitoring, delegated credentialing, accreditation, or related workflows.
  • •Demonstrated people-leadership experience: setting priorities, directing work, giving feedback, managing performance, and developing team members.
  • •Owned complex operational programs requiring rigorous quality, compliance, documentation, and deadlines.
  • •Experience using metrics to manage capacity, throughput, quality, timeliness, and execution risk.
