  • •Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, technical teams, and third parties to deliver outcomes in line with expectation and risk appetite.
  • •Ensure relevant areas (including users) provide input into proposition development and that solutions align with Quilter policies and standards.
  • •Provide line management responsibility for a small team of digital delivery colleagues (where applicable).

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as a digital product owner delivering and owning high-quality digital products that benefit customers and meet business objectives.
  • •Strong ability to work closely with stakeholders and internal and third-party delivery teams to ensure successful delivery of digital products and services.
  • •Demonstrated understanding of agile methodologies (Agile, Scrum, DevOps) and experience with tools including JIRA and Git.
  • •Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work at all levels in the organisation.
  • •Experience working in a financial services organisation and understanding a highly regulated environment.
