Vans: Store Manager - Park City

Lead store performance by driving sales and profit goals, delivering exceptional customer experience, and modeling brand-specific selling and service standards. Partner with store leaders and associates to meet KPIs, coach and develop a high-performing, inclusive team, and resolve escalated customer concerns. Oversee store operations including scheduling, expense control, loss prevention, audits, reporting, visual merchandising, and inventory through receiving/shipping processes.
