  • •Lead deal origination by sourcing and securing mandates across equity private placements, junior capital, and sponsor-led secondary solutions.
  • •Build and maintain senior-level relationships with private equity sponsors, portfolio executives, and corporate clients.
  • •Oversee structuring, pricing, and execution of complex private market transactions from mandate to close.
  • •Provide senior oversight to deal teams on marketing materials, financial models, and transaction documentation.
  • •Mentor and manage junior team members while helping scale the newly formed Capital Solutions platform within the Commercial Bank.
