Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage court sessions and issue decisions required until the end of the pleadings window.
  • •Decide cases and requests through final or preliminary rulings in accordance with the law.
  • •Listen to pleadings and deliberate cases to issue judgments.
  • •Execute judicial and administrative assignments issued by the center’s head, including work in judicial committees.
  • •Apply settlement procedures in some cases and record them in the session minutes as an enforceable instrument, while supervising enforcement matters and urgent disputes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 40,001 - 50,000 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Must be fully legally competent.
  • •Must be a citizen of the United Arab Emirates.
  • •Must be at least 23 years old at time of application.
  • •Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law or Sharia and Law with a very good grade from an accredited institution (or a Master’s or PhD in Law).
  • •Must pass scheduled personal interviews and meet disqualifying criminal/disciplinary record requirements (unless pardoned) and have completed national service for males unless exempted by law.
