Job Summary

Lead HVAC (ventilation) projects end to end, from technical clarification through execution and customer handover. Create equipment selections/quotations, conduct site assessments for retrofits, and manage planning, coordination, and monitoring of project schedules, cost, quality, and resources. Prepare and review technical documentation and drawings, coordinate internal teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and installation teams, and manage change requests, measurements, and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities

•Create equipment sizing/specifications based on designer inputs or tender text.
•Conduct on-site surveys for equipment conversions (e.g., retrofit).
•Independently lead and manage ventilation project delivery, including planning, coordination, and monitoring of project activities.
•Ensure responsibility for deadlines, costs, quality, and resources; create and review technical documents, plans, and documentation.
•Coordinate internal technical departments, suppliers, subcontractors, and installation teams; run site meetings and participate in project discussions, manage change requests and variations, and support commissioning/acceptance and project closeout.

Key Requirements

•Completed technical training, preferably in building services engineering (ventilation/HVAC/HLK) or a comparable field.
•Training as a technician, master, project manager, or engineer in building services engineering is an advantage.
•Multi-year experience in project management or execution of ventilation/HVAC systems.
•Strong knowledge of ventilation technology plus relevant standards and regulations.
•Experience coordinating construction sites and project teams; safe use of MS Office and ideally CAD and ERP systems.

Education:Certification / Diploma in Gebäudetechnik, Lüftung, HLK
