Key Responsibilities

  • •Create equipment sizing/specifications based on designer inputs or tender text.
  • •Conduct on-site surveys for equipment conversions (e.g., retrofit).
  • •Independently lead and manage ventilation project delivery, including planning, coordination, and monitoring of project activities.
  • •Ensure responsibility for deadlines, costs, quality, and resources; create and review technical documents, plans, and documentation.
  • •Coordinate internal technical departments, suppliers, subcontractors, and installation teams; run site meetings and participate in project discussions, manage change requests and variations, and support commissioning/acceptance and project closeout.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed technical training, preferably in building services engineering (ventilation/HVAC/HLK) or a comparable field.
  • •Training as a technician, master, project manager, or engineer in building services engineering is an advantage.
  • •Multi-year experience in project management or execution of ventilation/HVAC systems.
  • •Strong knowledge of ventilation technology plus relevant standards and regulations.
  • •Experience coordinating construction sites and project teams; safe use of MS Office and ideally CAD and ERP systems.
