Serve as the technical anchor for MedscapeLIVE! registration portals and promotional live events. Lead stateside and offshore teams delivering web applications, global platforms, and educational infrastructure. Drive complex enhancements through rigorous code review, security-focused automation, and advanced API/platform integrations, while setting standards for responsiveness and cross-platform compatibility. Own testing and zero-downtime deployments, rapidly escalate and patch critical production issues, and maintain technical documentation and long-term development infrastructure planning.

•Set standards for application responsiveness and cross-platform compatibility; lead testing so deployments maintain zero downtime.
•Act as escalation point for platform-breaking bugs by isolating, patching, and restoring critical live global event functionality.

•Experience architecting and managing third-party API connections, custom registration logic, and platform integrations; STOVA or Sitecore preferred; Webflow highly preferred.
•Experience mentoring and leading development workflows, including rigorous code reviews and managing offshore resources.
•Ability to thrive under pressure by untangling complex legacy code, automating repetitive workflows, and improving deployment pipelines.
