Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide first-line leadership for production schedulers in Titchfield to ensure effective MPS execution and customer delivery commitments.
  • •Ensure end-to-end execution of the production schedule across OE and Aftermarket value streams to maximize on-time delivery, schedule adherence, inventory performance, and operational efficiency.
  • •Lead weekly schedule reviews, recovery reviews, bottleneck reviews, and arrears recovery planning; escalate execution issues to the Network Scheduler team as required.
  • •Fine plan and schedule supply orders for a 0–4-week outlook aligned to demand priorities and inventory targets.
  • •Lead and develop the production scheduling team through engagement, coaching, development plans, 1:1s, continuous feedback, and leader standard work/tiered accountability.
