Job Summary

Lead the second-line controls assurance function for Business Platforms and Corporate applications and infrastructure, with a strong focus on IT General Controls (ITGC) and SOX compliance. Drive the design, rollout, and continuous improvement of the controls assurance programme, ensuring a consistent, risk-based and auditable controls environment. Build and lead a team, partner with IT and Finance stakeholders, and introduce AI/agentic assurance approaches while producing leadership-level dashboards and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop a team of analysts supporting controls assurance activities.
•Own and lead the design and execution of the controls assurance programme across Business Platforms and Corporate applications and infrastructure.
•Act as a key interface with internal and external auditors and challenge testing discrepancies, scope creep, or invalid findings.
•Design and deliver dashboards and leadership-level reporting on control effectiveness and audit findings.
•Lead adoption of AI-enabled and agentic assurance approaches to enhance continuous controls monitoring and automated evidence validation.

Key Requirements

•Strong experience in IT audit, ITGC and SOX compliance (SOX 404).
•Experience designing and delivering controls assurance programmes at scale.
•Certifications such as CISA, CIA, CRISC (advantageous).
•Proven ability to apply risk-based assurance approaches.
•Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
